1. Website Use

  • All content on our website is for general information only and may be updated without notice.

2. Reservations

  • All reservations made through our website are confirmed via email.

  • For bookings of 8 or more guests, a £10 deposit per person is required.

    • This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your booking time.

3. Card Details & Charges

  • Our booking platform will ask for your card details to secure your reservation.

  • No payment will be taken unless:

    • You cancel within 24 hours of your reservation

    • You do not attend ("no-show")

  • In either case, you will be charged £25 per person.

4. Grace Period

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period from your reservation time.

  • If you're later than this, we may release the table to other guests.

5. Payments & Fraud Prevention

  • All payments for gift vouchers or reservation deposits must be made in person.

  • This helps prevent fraud, identity theft, and ensures our legal compliance.

6. Alcohol Policy

  • We operate an Over-25 alcohol policy and may ask for photo ID.

  • By law, no one under 18 may buy or attempt to buy alcohol.

7. Acceptable ID

To purchase or collect alcohol, we accept:

  • Passport

  • Photographic Driver’s Licence

  • PASS-accredited ID

8. Alcohol Collection & Delivery

  • Alcohol orders must be collected by appointment only.

  • The designated staff member (DPS or PLH) may:

    • Ask for date of birth

    • Refuse service if the customer appears intoxicated or underage

    • Require valid ID at the time of collection or delivery

    • Refuse handover if ID is not provided

9. Refusals Log

  • All refused alcohol sales or collections will be recorded, including:

    • Date, time, name (if known), address, and reason for refusal

10. Collection Guidelines

  • Alcohol collections must be booked in advance

  • We limit pickups to 2 at a time to avoid disturbing local residents
