We’re all about good food, great wine, and amazing music — so on the first Saturday of every month, we host live lunchtime music in the bar.

This month, we're excited to welcome Max Ryan for a live acoustic set from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Pair the music with our burger & cocktail menu, or choose from our full main menu.
Our bar area is open for walk-ins, so feel free to drop in and soak up the atmosphere.

Join us as we celebrate the vibrant flavours of Spain with a relaxed evening of tapas and drinks.

Enjoy 4 cold tapas, 4 hot tapas, and a Spanish-inspired desserts to share – all for £45 per person.

Sit back, relax, and let us bring each dish to your table, one by one.

We’ll also be offering a specially curated Spanish wine list and a Spanish-inspired cocktail special for the evening.

Please note: while there will be some gluten-free and dairy-free options, these will be limited due to the number of dishes being prepared on the night.

Each month, our Wine Supper Club explores a different wine-producing country — and this month, we’re heading to Italy!

Enjoy a 4-course Italian-inspired menu, expertly paired with 4 exceptional Italian wines, curated by our host James from Wine2Trade. Throughout the evening, James will share insights into each wine — the region, the history, and why it pairs perfectly with each dish.

Join us for a special evening celebrating the very best of Hertfordshire.

We’ve created a 4-course menu that highlights exceptional local produce from across our wonderful county, paired with 4 carefully selected wines (none from Hertfordshire, sadly — but they’re too good not to include!).
All of this for £70 per person, wine included.

Our bar will also be featuring Hertfordshire-distilled gin & rum, along with locally brewed IPAs, so there’s plenty to explore throughout the evening.

Our Monthly Thai Night is a special nod to how Eight began. Before opening the restaurant, Kish spent years as a street food trader, cooking authentic Thai dishes from a converted horsebox. That journey made his dream of opening a restaurant in his hometown a reality.

Held on the last Wednesday of every month, Thai Night celebrates those roots with a menu of authentic Thai recipes, crafted using the best of British produce.
